MINDFUL YOGA with Zorayda

Take time to be present and attune to your body. Through the use poses, breathing practices, relaxation, and meditation, you will be encouraged to slow down and listen to your body. Poses are guided from the least challenging, to a slow-graded increase in the level of intensity, to get the most benefit from your yoga practice, regardless of your perceived level of flexibility.
