Hi, I’m Leticia, the creator of Healing the Root. I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and yoga teacher who’s passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies. My goal is to not only relieve pain and discomfort but also to help you understand where it’s coming from and how to prevent it.

During your session, I’ll work to release tension and address any tight areas. Afterward, we’ll chat about your daily habits to uncover what might be causing the discomfort. I love sharing simple tips—like yoga poses or things you can do at home—to help you heal faster and feel better longer.

Certified Hypnotherapist

Amanda Votto is a certified hypnotherapist through the American Board of Hypnotherapy. She
uses hypnosis to access a deeper state of awareness. Amanda’s hypnosis style is trauma-
informed as well as mindfulness trained. Through guided mediation and hypnosis, she helps
people heal and transform their emotional wounds that often stem back into childhood. When
we feel anxious, depressed, disempowered, or experience other emotional challenges, hypnosis
can be a powerful practice to understand, befriend and heal those parts of ourselves. We bring
to conscious the limiting, false beliefs that were often developed early on in our life for the

Spellcastings:
Basic workings - $250 and includes materials necessary to complete the working, my
time, and a detailed account of what ritual work was completed. Completedwithin 3-4 days.

Emergency workings - $350 rituals that must be completed within 24 hours and include the basic working.

Specialized workings - $450 and includes basic working,

30-minute spiritual consultation, and follow-up questions. Completed usually within 6-7 days, depending on how soon you are free to do the consultation.

Lindsay is a Reiki Master Practitioner & Coach known for her deeply empathetic and grounded approach.

She blends compassion, integration and accessibility within the session to support clients wherever they are at the present moment.  

Her journey into integrative wellness began as a personal quest for wholeness, shaped by a childhood marked by trauma and the resilience that was lit within. 

Lindsay experienced early on the power of the mind-body connection as someone who lives with chronic illness. She uses mindfulness based meditation coaching and reiki principles as the cornerstones of her work.

Lindsay offers include: 1:1 Reiki Sessions (1 hour sessions) $100.

Lindsay also offers Reiki & Reading which is a brief  Reiki session, followed by an intuitive reading. Three options: 30 min. session for $75, 1hr session for $100 or 1.5h hour session for  $120.
