Hi, I’m Leticia, the creator of Healing the Root. I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and yoga teacher who’s passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies. My goal is to not only relieve pain and discomfort but also to help you understand where it’s coming from and how to prevent it.

During your session, I’ll work to release tension and address any tight areas. Afterward, we’ll chat about your daily habits to uncover what might be causing the discomfort. I love sharing simple tips—like yoga poses or things you can do at home—to help you heal faster and feel better longer.

As a Reiki practitioner for a little under 2 years, Stephanie feels blessed to have been able to come into her gift, the gift of healing.

Stephanie provides you the space and gives you the tools of this beautiful life force to heal yourself. She has incorporated her own energy work and clearing with Reiki.

Providing you the space to truly relax and heal, Stephanie uses instruments throughout her practice, allowing the vibration of sound to help move the energy further. One of her other gifts that she holds near and dear to her heart is her voice. Her voice enhances her energy work as well as connect her with Great Spirit to guide her along the way.
